Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the moment your order has been fulfilled.

If 14 days have passed since your order has been fulfilled, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Special considerations may be made for orders whose shipping has been delayed and received by the customer later than 14 days from the date it was sent

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable products
  • Personalised products, such as signed books (example) 

To complete your return, we require fill in the contact form on the website and include your order number and order date.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will reply with instructions for your returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet 10 working days from the moment we confirmed the refund was issued, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by replying to our refund email.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email from the contact form on the website with:

  • Your order number
  • Order date
  • A Picture of the damaged item
